Role: Workplace Operator (temp)
Hours: Monday to Friday (08:00 - 18:00) in office
Pay: £12.00

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support in various service areas including mail sorting, MPS, stationery, couriers, porterage, meeting room setups, goods in/loading bay, and AV as required.
- Offer resilience and support as needed.
- Maintain full flexibility by working various shifts and adapting to changes at short notice.
- Be prepared to work in any service area as required, both on a scheduled and ad hoc basis.
- Stay updated and trained in all relevant areas.
- Focus on providing practical and effective solutions.
- Ensure that all relevant service levels are met consistently.
- Maintain accuracy when recording any data or financial information.
- Demonstrate a high level of customer service in all interactions with clients.
- Engage positively and professionally with clients, demonstrating a proactive attitude.
- Support colleagues and work collaboratively to achieve the best results for clients.
- Keep track of all sorting and distribution activities accurately.
- Wear the provided uniform and the correct personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Comply with health and safety and site operational procedures.
- Act as a building marshal, fire marshal, and first aider if required (training provided).
- Perform additional tasks as requested by management.
