Description:
Are you an experienced receptionist or customer service professional looking for your next contract opportunity? A leading Facilities Management organisation is seeking a Workplace Host in Swansea to provide high-quality front-of-house support within a busy workplace environment.
The Role As the Workplace Host, you’ll:
Greet and check in visitors, maintaining a professional reception presence.
Manage incoming calls, emails and general enquiries.
Coordinate meeting rooms, room setups and basic AV requirements.
Support administrative tasks, record keeping and visitor logs.
Follow site security, access control and health and safety procedures.
Work closely with facilities teams to support smooth day-to-day site operations. You To be successful, you’ll bring:
Previous reception, front-of-house or customer service experience.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
A professional and confident approach when dealing with visitors and colleagues.
Basic IT skills, including email and calendar management.
Good organisation and attention to detail.
Previous Facilities Management or workplace experience would be advantageous.
