Workplace Coordinator – Liverpool Street - Temporary (Immediate Start)
Location: Liverpool Street
Hourly Pay Rate: £18.99p/h Via Umbrella
Hours of Work: 9am-6pm
A World Leading Service provider who operates on an international scale is looking for a Workplace Coordinator based in Liverpool Street area working for a large building in a very casual environment. This role is with the hours of 8am-5pm so the successful candidate will have to be available immediately and must have experience in working in a coordinator position within a FM environment.
Key responsibilities:
* Ownership of office floors and the surrounding areas to ensure the best workplace experience is met each day.
* Liaise with IT, Maintenance, cleaning and other key departments to ensure the workplace is always looking its best.
* Develop and maintain fantastic communication with colleagues and clients.
* Manage stationery stock within the copy hubs and storage space.
* Daily management of meeting rooms and supplying refreshments when required.
* Assist Admin team in the processes of minor move related requests.
* Respond to ad hoc requests.
* Cover reception when needed
* Uphold etiquettes of floors including clear desk policy.
* Support the Admin Team in storing all gift items; ensuring they are stored in a safe and efficient manner.
* Report health and safety observations.
* Follow general manual handling.
* Act as a Fire Warden and provide support to the Admin team should an emergency situation arise.
* Manage locker keys and be the main POC.
* Familiarise with the front desk procedures to provide cover as and when needed.
* Assist with issuing and delivery of lost and forgotten passes when applicable.
* Drive positive feedback and aim to continually increase performance and customer satisfaction levels.
* Complete all mandatory trainings if and when required.
Key Requirements:
* Comes from a coordinator background including stationary top up, floor checks etc
* Strong organisation skills.
* Can work well in a large team and can also Multi-task
* Previous experience in client facing role
* Good attention to detail
