Description:
Working Site Foreman / Carpenter required for a start on a high end residential site in Cirencester starting from Monday 5th October.
What is required for the position?:
Tickets: SSSTS / SMSTS and First aid
PPE: Hard hat, high vis, steel toe cap boots
Experience: Must have 3 years' experience working as a Working Site Foreman on other construction projects
References: Must be able to provide 2 recent work references
Job duties: Working Site Foreman for a 800k - 1m project in Cirencester for a high end residnetial project.
Your role as a Working Site Foreman will be assisting the Project Manager on the project, ensuring the program is kept to and the quality of work is maintained. You will be liaising with the other sub contractors and labour on site and working on the tools as and when required. You will manage Labour on site and coordinate deliveries. You will be working very closely with the Project Manager so not all responsibilty falls on yourself.
Pay:
Weekly pay on a Friday
£27 Per Hour - This can increase when you start the role and show capabilities within the role
Other information:
Hours of work: 7:30am to 4:30pm
