Working Foremen Luxury Residential Fit Out
£23ph - £25ph CIS

Start: May 7th 2024
Contract: 25 weeks
Our client is a reputable builder, who specialise in the Central London residential renovation and refurbishment sector.
They have been appointed as the principle contractor for a £500,000 fit out of a Knightsbridge property and will require a freelance Working Foreman for a period of 25 weeks. The project starts on 7th May.
As the Working Foreman, you will manage the day-to-day site activities, coordinate materials, supervise the trades, and undertake some of the joinery work using your carpentry skills.
This role will suit someone from a carpentry background who has experience within high end residential.
