Description:
I am currently recruiting for a Working Foreman / Working Supervisor to work on a residential project in Northumberland.
The project is a full refurbishment of a large residential building that will be converted into a respite care facility.
The refurbishment includes: new windows and doors, internals, gas and electric works, external works to the grounds, new kitchens and bathrooms.
This will be a 15 week programme with potential of longer-term work for the right candidate.
The right candidate will be from a Joinery background but be multi-skilled, and able to lead a team of trades.
The right candidate will also hold the following certificates:
* SSSTS / SMSTS
* CSCS
* NVQ / City and Guilds in Joinery
* First Aid
