Are you looking for a Working Foreman position working on high-end residential properties?
Thorn Baker Construction are currently recruiting for an experienced Working Foreman to oversee and work hands-on across high-end properties in Rugby, with occasional travel to Droitwich required.

What's Needed
Previous experience as a Working Foreman
High-end residential experience preferred
Strong knowledge of construction and finishing works
SSSTS
First Aid
CSCS
Full UK driving licence preferred
Your Role
Overseeing trades and subcontractors on site
Working hands-on alongside the team
Ensuring works are completed to a high standard
Coordinating day-to-day site activities
Maintaining health & safety standards
Travelling to Droitwich when required
