Key Responsibilities:
As a Working Foreman, you will play a crucial role in overseeing healthcare projects, ensuring successful delivery within time and budget constraints. Your responsibilities will include:
* Leading and managing on-site teams to achieve project milestones.
* Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
* Implementing and enforcing health and safety standards on-site.
* Monitoring project progress and reporting to senior management.
* Collaborating with the office team on project planning and coordination.
Qualifications and Experience:
