Description:

WORKING FOREMAN / SITE MANAGER
High end extensions, refurbs and new builds. A3 corridor.

A small, well respected contractor is looking for a self employed working foreman or site manager to look after their projects up and down the A3 corridor.

The work is quality residential: high end extensions, refurbishments and new builds for clients who care about the finish. It's a small team, so everyone on site matters and everyone mucks in. You'll be hands on, but you'll also run the job.

What the job involves:
- Taking a site from start to finish
- Ordering materials and keeping the job supplied
- Managing the site labour
- Dealing with clients, so you'll need to be personable and professional

Who we're after:
- Proven experience running sites at this level
- Carpentry background is ideal, but not essential
- Organised, calm under pressure, and takes pride in the work
- Own transport, as you'll be covering a few sites
