Labour Hire are looking for a WORKING CLEANING SUPERVISOR for a well-established company in LONDON
About You:
* High work ethic & team player.
* Punctual & reliable.
* Flexible approach.
* Must be flexible in their working pattern
* Have excellent attention to detail
* Computer and Microsoft excel/word experienced
* Able to work alone and be accountable as well as part of a team
* HR experience would be preferable but not essential
* Knowledge of H&S
* Experience in all types of deep carpet cleaning and stripping and polishing is essential
About the role:
* Flexibility is key to this role as it is requires site visits and working anytime between 5am to 11pm depending on the needs of the business.
* 40 hours per week, varying shift patterns between 05:00-23:00
* Pay rate: £15.00
* Will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of multi-site cleaning including specialist deep cleans and projects.
* Train and lead cleaners, showing by example
* Cover for cleaners this could be early morning, daytime, evening.
* Organise cover at short notice
* Recruitment so a black book is desired
* Completion of audits/inspections
* Client visits when directed by the OD
* Start: ASAP
