Description:
An exciting new opportunity has arisen to work for a Wales-based NHS organisation who are seeking to appoint a Workforce Project Lead, for a 3-4 month contract.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Leading the development and delivery of large scale workforce transformation projects;
* Effectively project managing the successful delivery of complex, concurrent projects with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to agreed standards;
* Developing identified programmes or work with senior stakeholders and other external partners;
* Identifying risks and issues and working to identify mitigating actions through analysis and problem solving with system experts;
* Applying agile and Prince2 project management experience and expertise to project planning, delivery, and impact evaluation.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Significant experience of delivering workforce transformation within an NHS setting;
* Proven expertise in workforce design, change management, and project management;
* Strong negotiation, communication and influencing skills
