Description:
An exciting new opportunity has arisen to work for a Wales-based NHS organisation who are seeking to appoint a Workforce Information Analyst, for a 3-4 month contract.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Providinh expert and high-level analysis of workforce information and trend data to identify areas of opportunity to support a programme of work;
* Acting as the programme’s technical expert in the production and in depth analysis of workforce information, identifying trends and benchmarking data both internally and externally;
* Producing all relevant reports for the programme on a monthly basis ensuring these are presented promptly and accurately;
* Assuming the lead role in examining ways in which workforce data can be used more effectively to support service improvements, service redesign and effective workforce planning;
* Initiating innovative uses of workforce data to support continuous improvements in the optimisation of the workforce working closely with the organisations service leads and corporate teams.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Workforce information and systems knowledge and experience within the NHS;
* Excellent communication and presentation skills;
* The ability to use and interpret activity and benchmark data as a basis for the identification of improvement opportunities and expected outputs
