Workday Technical Analyst

Location: London or Reigate (Hybrid - 2/3 days a week in the office)

About the Role:

The Workday Technical Analyst will be responsible for the maintenance, support, and configuration of the HRIS system, Workday.

Key Responsibilities:

System Maintenance and Support: Ensure the ongoing functionality of the Workday system, addressing technical issues and providing timely resolutions.
Collaboration: Work with HR and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver system changes and annual process-driven events, in line with the prioritised change roadmap, small change backlog, and overarching HR strategy.
Technical Expertise: Serve as the technical SME for Workday functional areas, including Core HCM, Absence, Talent and Performance, Recruitment, Compensation, Integrations, Security, Dashboards, and Reporting.
Data Management: Maintain and develop the integrity of people data, handling sensitive data per company policies, and following best practice IT controls and governance standards.
Support and Upskilling: Act as an escalation point for Workday Support Analysts and HR Operations colleagues, providing support and upskilling as needed to enable future self-sufficiency.
Annual Process Configuration: Work with HR stakeholders to configure and roll out annual processes, such as Employee Talent and Performance reviews.
Dashboard and Report Development: Lead the development of standardized and custom dashboards and reports to support people leaders, HRLT, SMT, and Executives.
Integration and Security: Oversee the development and maintenance of Workday systems integrations and actively manage security configurations.
Continuous Improvement: Keep updated on new functionalities, suggest and lead system improvements, and assist in the review and testing of biannual Workday releases.
Tenant Management: Assist in managing Workday tenants, ensuring adequate testing for production changes.

Skills and Experience:

Proven experience as a technical lead in Workday HCM/Reporting.
Experience in a data analytics role.
Workday Pro Certification.
Data and Analytics Certification/Qualification.
