International HR
Monday - Friday
£70,000 - £80,000 per annum

Henderson Brown are partnered with an Internation brand who are looking for a Workday Specialist. To act as the Workday Lead to support the business across a number of different entities and across a number of different countries. The role will also include management, governance, reporting, training and continuous improvement of Workday.
This is a business critical hire as you will act as the key point of contract for Workday related activities and act as the subject matter expert. The role is located in London, Greater London and will be on a hybrid basis.
Responsibilities Workday Specialist
Act as the primary Workday SME for International HR.
Own day-to-day administration and management of Workday across all International entities.
Support Workday enhancements, releases, testing, and system improvements.
Manage configuration requests and coordinate with the Global HRIS team where required.
Ensure Workday processes remain aligned with business requirements and local regulatory obligations.
Experience with payroll connector.
Employee Lifecycle management.
Reporting and Analytics.
Data Integrity and Governance.
Training and User Support.
Experience Workday Specialist
Proven track record with Workday and a solid understanding of different modules.
Minimum of 4 years of Workday operations.
International experience with multiple entities.
Strong understanding of HR processes.
Experience with HR systems implementation and projects.
Workday certification in HCM.
Strong knowledge of data governance and GDPR principles.
Must be a commutable distances from London, Greater London.
Qualifications Workday Specialist
Workday certification in one or more modules.
Degree in HR, Business, Information Systems or a related field.
Proven track record of system Implementation and projects
