The Best Connection Birmingham is currently recruiting for an experienced Wood Machinist to join a well-established company based in Solihull.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled machinist looking to join a busy workshop with regular daytime hours and competitive pay.

Key Responsibilities:

Operating woodworking machinery safely and efficiently.
Cutting, shaping, and machining timber to specification.
Reading and working from technical drawings where required.
Carrying out quality checks to ensure finished products meet company standards.What We're Looking For:

Previous experience as a Wood Machinist is essential.
Confident operating a spindle moulder, planer, panel saw, and crosscut saw.
Ability to work accurately and to high-quality standards.
Good understanding of workshop health and safety procedures.Pay rate:

£14.50 per hourHours of work:

Monday to Friday
