Pay Rate: £16.25 – £17.33 per hour (DOE)
Contract Role
OverviewWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Wirer to join a busy and growing team in Bassingbourn on a contract basis.
Key Responsibilities
Wiring of electrical components and systems to technical drawings
Building and assembling wiring looms, panels, and sub-assemblies
Interpreting wiring diagrams and schematics
Supporting mechanical assembly when needed
Carrying out basic testing and fault finding
Ensuring all work meets quality and safety standardsRequirements
Previous experience as an Electrical Wirer
Ability to read and follow wiring diagrams and engineering drawings
Experience in panel wiring, loom building, or similar
Ideally some mechanical assembly/build experience
