Wireless Project Manager
Silverstone (Hybrid)
£60,000
The Wireless Project Manager oversees the coordination and delivery of wireless projects, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders, managing risks and dependencies, and facilitating collaboration among team members. They are responsible for creating project plans, managing budgets, and ensuring successful project completion from initiation to customer acceptance.
Key Responsibility:
Coordinate associated deliverables and activities, acting as the first point of contact for communication of changes, slippages, or requests.
Lead project governance and encourage collaboration among solution team members to achieve successful delivery.
Identify, manage, and communicate business risks, dependencies, and issues, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
Manage multi-disciplinary teams to deliver project objectives and oversee project work streams from initiation to customer acceptance.
Construct project plans and budgets, and maintain supporting project documentation.
Ensure successful handover from implementation to support phase and assist in assessing bid risks.
Skills & Experience:
Experience in delivering large-scale Microwave link projects and/or acquisition design services.
Proficiency as a Project Manager with a Prince2 Practitioner qualification.
Proven track record of complex project delivery.
Excellent MS Office skills, including MS Project, MS Visio, and MS PowerPoint.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present at senior levels.
Experience in managing 3rd party contractors and leading and motivating delivery teams.
Detail-oriented and highly organized individual.
