The Role:
This job is based out of our Bedford Branch – MK41 0LF and involves the manufacturing and assembly of windows and related products to the required quality and production standards.
Role Overview:
* Operate production machinery safely and efficiently, maintaining competency appropriate to your level of training and experience.
* Carry out fabrication and assembly processes in line with company procedures and specifications.
* Meet daily and weekly production targets as directed by management or team leaders.
* Check and maintain the quality of all products, reporting any defects or issues promptly.
* Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
* Keep work areas clean, organised, and free from hazards to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
* Support the training and mentoring of new team members where required.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues and supervisors to meet production deadlines and maintain workflow.
* Carry out any other duties as requested by management on an ad hoc or regular basis to support production operations.
Requirements:
* Right to work in the UK
* 1-2 years minimum experience in a similar production environment.
