Description:

We are currently seeking a talented Wills, Trusts and Probate Associate Solicitor to join our client's well-established law firm based in Havant. Our client is a leading provider of legal services and prides themselves on delivering exceptional service to their clients.

The successful candidate will ideally have a minimum of 3 years PQE and will be experienced in handling a variety of Private Client work. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Knowledge and experience in STEP or working towards STEP qualifications would be highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

Working on a variety of Private Client matters including wills, probate, and trusts
Providing expert advice and guidance to clients on legal matters relating to wills, trusts, and probate
Drafting and reviewing legal documents and agreements
Managing client relationships and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
Collaborating with colleagues and contributing to the success of the wider teamThis is a permanent full-time position, offering a competitive salary starting from £0 per year. Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE
Strong knowledge and experience in Private Client work, including wills, trusts, and probate
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and efficiently manage own caseload
Exceptional communication and client relationship management skills
