Salary: £30,000 Basic | £45,000 to £50,000+ OTE
Are you passionate about protecting families and providing genuine peace of mind?
We're looking for an ambitious Wills & Trusts Advisor (Protection & Estate Planning) to join a growing and successful financial services business. In this role, you'll help clients protect what matters most by advising on a range of protection products alongside wills and trusts.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys consultative sales, building rapport with clients and earning an attractive uncapped commission.
Wills & Trusts Advisor (Protection & Estate Planning) - What you'll be doing:
Advising clients on:
Life Insurance
Critical Illness Cover
Income Protection
Family Income Benefit
Wills
Trusts
Conducting fact-finds and recommending suitable protection solutions.
Working warm leads provided by the business.
Proactively contacting prospective clients to generate additional opportunities.
Building long-term client relationships through excellent service.
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all business is conducted compliantly.
What we're looking for:
We're looking for a Wills & Trusts Advisor (Protection & Estate Planning) who has at least one of the following:
CeMAP 1 qualification, or
Previous Protection Insurance sales experience, or
Previous Wills and Trusts sales experience.
You'll also ideally have:
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
A consultative approach to sales.
Strong objection handling and closing skills.
Self-motivation and the drive to exceed targets.
A professional and customer-focused attitude.
