Warehouse Operative – Nights
Location: Wellingborough
Pay: £14.49 per hour
Overtime: £20.39 per hour after 40 hours
Saturday Rate: £27.18 per hour
Hours: Sunday–Thursday, 22:00–06:00 (PAID BREAKS)
Contract: Temp to Perm
Pertemps are recruiting for experienced Warehouse Operatives to join our client’s busy night shift team in Wellingborough. This is a fantastic temp to perm opportunity for enthusiastic, reliable and hard‑working individuals looking for long‑term stability and development.
Key Responsibilities
General warehouse duties including picking, packing, loading and unloading
Heavy lifting as part of daily tasks – candidates must be physically fit
Working efficiently within a fast‑paced environment
Operating MHE equipment (full training provided for the right candidate)
Maintaining a clean and safe workspace
Experience & Skills Required
Previous experience working as a warehouse operative
Comfortable working night shifts
Physically fit and able to carry out regular heavy lifting
Experience operating MHE equipment is desirable
OR a strong desire to be upskilled – full MHE training will be provided
Reliable, enthusiastic and committed to long‑term work
