White Goods Engineer
Birmingham, Leicester & Surrounding Areas
Up to £38,000 Basic + Bonus + Company Van
Woodrow Mercer Engineering is currently recruiting on behalf of a leading employer for an experienced White Goods Engineer to cover Birmingham, Leicester and the wider Midlands region, including Solihull, Coventry, Wolverhampton, Walsall, Dudley, West Bromwich, Sutton Coldfield, Tamworth, Nuneaton, Loughborough, Hinckley and Market Harborough.
The Role
As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the diagnosis, repair and maintenance of domestic appliances within customers' homes, ensuring a high standard of service and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
* Diagnosing and repairing a range of domestic appliances
* Fault finding on electrical and mechanical systems
* Managing van stock and replacement parts
* Delivering a professional customer experience
* Working to manufacturer and company service standards
* Maintaining accurate service records and documentation
Requirements
* Previous experience as a White Goods or Domestic Appliance Engineer
* Strong fault-finding and diagnostic abilities
* Multi-brand appliance experience preferred
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Gas qualifications advantageous but not essential
* Full UK Driving Licence
