Your Role:
As a Welsh-Speaking Teaching Assistant, you will:
Engage and Inspire: Assist teachers in delivering captivating lessons in Welsh.
Support and Empower: Work with students individually or in small groups to boost their understanding and confidence.
Create a Positive Space: Help maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.
Be a Team Player: Collaborate with teachers to prepare learning materials and resources.
Make a Difference: Support students with special educational needs or learning difficulties.
What You Bring:
Fluency in Welsh: Both spoken and written.
Experience: Previous experience in an educational setting is preferred but not essential.
Passion: A genuine love for helping children learn and grow.
Skills: Excellent communication, patience, empathy, and a proactive approach.
Team Spirit: Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
Qualifications: A relevant qualification (e.g. CACHE Level 2/3) is desirable but not essential.
