Are you a Welsh speaker?
Do you have a passion for working with children?
You will work closely with the class teachers (primary school) to provide support for a class of children. The role can be part-time , full-time or as many days you desire.
This will be working 8.30 am – 3.15 pm Monday – Friday. Schools are willing to discuss permanent contracts for the right Teaching Assistant.
Salary: £80.00-£95.00 per day
Responsibilities:
* Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities
* Assist teacher with resources, tidying classroom, setting up and clearing down activities
* Communicate effectively with students, parents, and other staff members
* Collaborate with the lead teacher, managing small group of children with English, maths and other subjects.
* Assist with classroom management and behavior management techniques
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
* Experience working in a classroom as a teaching assistant
* Proactive attitude and a good work ethic
* Hold a Right to Work (UK)
* Provide professional references from previous employers
* DBS certificate or willing to process a new application
* Do you have recent experience as a classroom assistant or working in a nursery?
