Are you a Welsh-speaking Learning Support Assistant (LSA) looking for your next opportunity in education?
We're recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Welsh-speaking LSAs to support pupils across schools in Newport. Whether you're looking for long-term placements or flexible supply work, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role
???? Support pupils in the classroom on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
???? Help deliver engaging learning activities alongside the class teacher
???? Encourage confidence, independence and positive behaviour
???? Support pupils with a range of learning needs
???? Assist with classroom preparation and daily learning activities
???? Communicate confidently through the medium of Welsh where required
Who We're Looking For
✅ Fluent Welsh speaker (essential)
✅ Experience working with children or young people is essential (school, childcare, coaching, youth work, tutoring, placements or volunteering)
✅ Positive, patient and adaptable approach
✅ Strong communication and teamwork skills
✅ Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
