Are you a fluent Welsh speaker looking for a rewarding opportunity supporting pupils in schools?
We're recruiting confident and enthusiastic Welsh Speaking Cover Supervisors to work across schools in Aberdare and the surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers and experienced education professionals looking for flexible or long-term work.
The Role
???? Supervise classes and deliver pre-prepared lessons
???? Support learning through the medium of Welsh where required
???? Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment
???? Encourage pupil engagement and positive behaviour
???? Ensure pupils complete the work provided by their teacher
???? Work alongside teaching staff and school leadership
Who We're Looking For
✅ Fluent Welsh speaker - essential
✅ Experience working with children or young people is essential (school, tutoring, coaching, youth work, volunteering or similar)
✅ Confident managing a classroom
✅ Strong communication and organisation skills
✅ Positive, reliable and adaptable approach
✅ Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
