Aspire People are looking for a fluent Welsh-speaking tutor to help adult learners strengthen their Welsh for use in the workplace. This opportunity would suit an experienced tutor who enjoys helping confident speakers develop their professional communication skills.
The Role
- Lead online Welsh language sessions for adult learners
- Help learners communicate confidently in professional situations
- Develop vocabulary and language skills for workplace conversations and formal settings
- Create engaging activities tailored to learners' existing abilities
- Prepare resources and provide additional learning support
- Complete related preparation and administration
Requirements
- Fluent Welsh language skills
- Previous experience teaching Welsh to adults
- Experience supporting advanced language development
- Understanding of professional and workplace communication in Welsh
- Confidence delivering interactive online lessons via Microsoft Teams
- Strong communication, planning and organisational skills
Assignment Details
- Online delivery via Microsoft Teams
- Part-time hours on a weekly basis
- DBS and EWC registration are not required for this role
