Role: Safeguarding and Wellbeing Manager
Type: Temp - Full Time
Location: Lancashire
Rate: £300 - £400 per day

Eden Brown are seeking a Safeguarding and Wellbeing Manager for a Further Education College in Lancashire.

This is a full time temporary role to start asap until 24/05, however this could be longer.

The purpose of the role will be to work collaboratively with Assistant Principals, Directors, Heads of business support functions, the Principalship Team and Governors to develop and deliver the College's student experience, pastoral care, safeguarding, support and disciplinary strategies.

The successful candidate will have:
* Ability to implement any legislative changes in relation to Safeguarding legislation
* Have a good understanding of the BACP framework
* Have a good understanding of PREVENT
*Have current DSL training
* Experience of coaching and motivating learners of different ages and abilities

Candidates MUST have a current DBS
