We are hiring!
We are looking for a Wellbeing lead to join our team ct Cygnet Hospital Harrow.
Cygnet Hospital Harrow provides a recovery focused service treating a wide range of mental health problems. We also offer specialist diagnostic, assessment and inpatient services for individuals with mental health needs and who also have a dual diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder.
Our acute in-patient psychiatric services offer assessment, diagnosis and treatment for individuals with a wide range of psychological and emotional problems, including those who are detained under the Mental Health Act.
Main duties include:
To manage and implement the wellbeing initiatives for staff.
Oversee the management of personalised wellbeing toolkits for staff
To be a point of contact for staff regarding job role and responsibilities.
To support new starters through the induction process and probationary period.
To participate in inductions and with the induction booklet sign off for new starters.
Manage and oversee the staff relations group (SRG) and be a conduit between staff and SMT.
Ensure staff’s voices are heard and feedback goes both up and down.
To offer appropriate guidance and support.
To receive feedback and create action plans for areas that require improvement.
To serve as a role model and a source of trusted information.
To support co-workers in the recruitment and retention of staff through shortlisting and peer interviews.
Manage the internal communications of the hospital (Digital Screens & Newsletter)
Lead the overseas nurses pastoral support programme.
Manage awareness of rewards/benefits at site level
To manage and oversee the Cost of Living support on site.
