Welfare Cleaner – Bermondsey
???? Location: Bermondsey, Southwark
???? Pay Rate: £16.85 per hour (PAYE Umbrella)
???? Hours: 8:00am – 6:00pm
⏰ Paid Hours: 9.5 hours per day
???? Duration: Long-term
We are currently looking for a reliable Welfare Cleaner for a long-term construction project in Bermondsey.
Requirements:
* Valid CSCS Card
* Must be a resident of the London Borough of Southwark due to Section 106 local employment requirements
* Previous welfare cleaning experience on construction sites is preferred
* Punctual, hardworking, and able to maintain high cleaning standards
Duties include:
* Cleaning site welfare facilities, including canteens, offices, toilets, and changing areas
* Restocking hygiene supplies
* Ensuring welfare areas remain clean, tidy, and safe throughout the day
* Following all site health and safety procedures
