Welfare Cleaner with CSCS
Location: Kidderminster, DY10
Rate: £16.85 per hour (Umbrella PAYE)
Hours: 2 hours per day, 3 days per week
Duration: Contract until August/September 2026
TRIbuild Solutions are looking for a Welfare Cleaner with CSCS to support a busy construction project in Kidderminster. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking flexible part-time work on a 2-3 month contract.
Responsibilities
* Cleaning site welfare facilities
* Maintaining canteens, offices, toilets and drying rooms to a high standard
* Replenishing consumables as required
* Ensuring welfare areas remain clean, tidy and presentable at all times
* Following site health and safety procedures
Requirements
* Previous cleaning experience preferred
* Reliable and able to work independently
* Good attention to detail
* CSCS card
