Welder / Fabricator – Temp to Perm
Location: Lincoln
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm
Start Date: Immediate start available
We are currently recruiting for a skilled and dedicated Welder / Fabricator to join our client’s team in Lincoln. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced welder looking for a long-term position with the potential to become permanent.
The successful candidate will have proven welding and fabrication experience and be confident working with both aluminium and mild steel MIG welding. Welding certifications would be advantageous, and a strong work reference will be required.
Key responsibilities include:
* MIG welding aluminium and mild steel components
* Fabricating and stockpiling alloy vehicle frames to support production and improve build times
* Carrying out minor accident repairs to vehicle bodywork
* Ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards
* Working efficiently to support production targets
The ideal candidate will have:
* Previous welding and fabrication experience
* Strong MIG welding skills with aluminium and mild steel
* Good attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Reliable work history with solid references
