Shift Patterns & Pay Rates
Day Shift
Monday to Friday 8am - 4:30pm
£16.00 - £17.00 per hour (depending on experience)Night Shift
Monday to Friday 5pm - 1:30am
£21.30 - £22.66 per hour (depending on experience)
Introduction
ES Recruit are currently recruiting for experienced Welders / Fabricators to join an established manufacturing company based in Bridlington. Opportunities are available on both day and night shifts within a modern manufacturing environment that has invested heavily in employee safety, training, and equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Fabrication of structural steel components from engineering drawings.
MIG welding to approved welding procedures.
Reading and interpreting technical drawings.
Visual inspection of completed welds and fabricated assemblies.
Ensuring products meet quality and production requirements.
Completing quality documentation as required.
Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment.
Adhering to all company health and safety procedures.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Fabricator/Welder.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Experience with MIG welding.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good understanding of fabrication and welding processes.
Reliable, motivated, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
