£30,000 - £40,000 + Days Based + Premium Overtime + Family Run Business + Work-Life Balance + Pension + Holiday
Workshop Based: Commutable from Solihull, Redditch, Hollywood, Earlswood, Hockley Heath, Redditch and surrounding areas

On offer is a Monday - Friday role as part of a friendly team, where you will expand your skills with additional training, push the company into new industries and progress your career, all the while enjoying a stable, varied role with overtime potential.
This company are a family run business with 14 members of staff, with plans to further grow the business with new areas of growth to develop their already long-standing work force.
On offer is a days-based role, where you will predominantly be using MIG welding (with small amounts of TIG) to manufacture parts for various industries.
This role would suit someone who has MIG Welding experience or other welding experience. Time Served / Coded welders are beneficial, but experienced non-qualified welders are also considered.
The Role:
* Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm
* Welding to manufacture parts
* Mig predominantly, some Tig
The Person:
* Background in welding
* Time served / coded beneficial, but experience is also considered
* Full UK Driver's license / car (not accessible by public transport)
