Interaction is currenlty recruiting for 3 Welder Fabricators urgently required for a company based in Bristol - Farrington Gurney area.
The manufacturing company's team needs a motivated and experienced welder as a Welder Fabricator.
As part of the team of professional fabricators, you construct and manufacture metal parts and products, taking particular care to produce clean, polished welds.
You will - follow blueprints, determine material measurements, and take responsibility for fabricating parts used in later assembly processes.
You are responsible for the quality of your product, so you must be able to perform simple tests to ensure weld quality and tolerance
Responsibilities and Duties:
MIG and TIG Welding Surface cleaning and polishing
Focusing on creating a finished product
Carry out necessary testing of outputs
Follow blueprints to ensure exact specifications of output
Abide by the inventory control process and communicate with the procurement and office manager on stock discrepancies, such as low or faulty stock
Assist with tasks involving manual handling and stock organization
Essential Criteria
Minimum 5 years experience in welding, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Ability to collaborate and work within a small team
Proficiency in a wide variety of fabrication tooling and techniques
Ability to stand, crouch, and occasionally lift heavy equipment
Blueprint reading and knowledge of common welding symbols
Hours - Monday to Friday
