Welder Fabricator
Location: Croft
Pay Rate: Up to £15 per hour (depending on experience)

Shift Times: Monday to Thursday, 07:30 - 16:30; Friday, 07:30 - 13:30
Engineering @ 365 is recruiting on behalf of our client based in Croft, who specialise predominantly in structural metalwork. We are looking for a skilled Welder Fabricator to join their team on a permanent basis. With this position overtime is Paid at time and a third, available from 06:00 - 07:30.
Job Description:
As a Welder Fabricator, you will play a crucial role in the production and assembly of structural metalwork. Your responsibilities will include welding and fabricating components to meet the high standards required by our client.
Key Responsibilities:
* MIG Welding, Predominately Mild steel 6mm upwards.
* Engage in fabrication duties such as cutting, shaping, and assembling metal components.
* Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to accurately execute welding and fabrication projects.
* Conduct inspections of welded and fabricated components to identify and rectify any defects or inconsistencies.
* Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
* Maintain welding equipment and fabrication tools in good working condition, reporting any issues promptly for maintenance or repair.
* Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in welding and fabrication, preferably in a structural metalwork environment.
* Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.
* Relevant qualification in welding is preferred.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with excellent communication skills.
* Flexibility to work overtime as required.
