Labour Hire is looking for a WELDER FABRICATOR for a well-established company in BUNTINGFORD, HERTS
About You:
* Methodical and diligent in approach to work.
* Ability to work on own initiative, with an aptitude for solving problems.
* Proactive and flexible attitude.
* Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
* Good attendance and timekeeping.
* Must be also be competent in creating 90 degree and 45 degree cuts on a band saw to cut aluminium box
* We are looking for somebody who is competent in all fields of assembly/ fabrication and also just happy to help out where needed in tasks
* Scope for permanent role and to shape the workshop in future
About the Role:
* Monday-Friday 40 hours per week
* Rate: £17.00 (negotiable, dependant on experience)
* Welding precise aluminium welds.
* Grinding down welds to make flush
* Preparing frames for powder coating
* Riveting aluminium sheet to frame
* Problem solving to make the most efficient procedure for bespoke frames
* Supporting workshop team in fitting of parts to main frame
* Start: ASAP
