Description:
We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable and specialist automotive business located in Worcestershire, seeking to appoint an experienced Welder / Fabricator. The Welder / Fabricator role offers an excellent opportunity for skilled professionals to work on a limited series of bespoke sports cars within a purpose-built, temperature-controlled workshop environment.
Benefits:
Salary ranging from £39,000 to £48,000+ depending on experience
40-hour working week with early finish on Fridays
30 days paid holiday, including Bank Holidays

MIG and TIG welding on steel and aluminium components
Fabrication of tanks, chassis, and automotive components
Manufacturing to precise jig specifications
Producing high-quality bespoke vehicle parts for low-volume production
Ensuring craftsmanship standards are maintained throughout all fabrication work
Contributing to the assembly and finishing of hand-built sports cars
Adhering to safety, quality, and process standards in a specialised environmentRequirements:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Welder / Fabricator
Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding techniques
Experience working with steel and aluminium materials
Capable of fabricating automotive chassis and components
Ability to produce components accurately following jig specifications
Experience in low-volume vehicle manufacturing is highly desirable
