Job Title: Welder Fabricator
Location: Sheffield
Salary: £12 - £15ph
Metalis are currently in partnership with a specialist fabrication company in Sheffield. Due to a healthy work order book, our client is looking to hire a skilled Welder Fabricator on a 12 week temporary to permanent basis.
Duties and Responsibilities:
MIG and TIG welding.
Working with JIGS, assembling parts to drawing or samples.
Working from drawings to producing fabrications from start to finish.
Working accurately within a busy Steel Fabrication department.
Identify and execute fabrication detail to pre-set tolerances and design.
To use hand tools to achieve manufacture in a safe and correct manner.
To always wear safety equipment.
To take responsibility for the maintenance and care of own equipment.
Work safely and show care to fellow employees.Salary and Working Hours:
Hourly rates of pay from £12 p/h to £15 p/h depending on skills and qualifications.
Overtime available.
Days regular, Monday - Friday.
