Metalis is working with a well-established manufacturing company based in Newcastle Under Lyme, who due to continuous growth are looking for a Welder / Fabricator to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis.

Job duties:

Execute MIG welding on diverse metal components and structures
Fabrication duties
Working from engineering drawings, and specifications to ascertain welding requirements accurately
As a MIG Welder you will be required to configure welding equipment and ensure optimal settings for each project
Utilise power tools required for MIG Welding and Fabrication including hand tools for cutting, shaping, and grinding metal pieces
Assemble and fabricate metal parts in accordance with provided specifications
Conduct thorough inspections of welds to uphold quality standards; perform necessary adjustments or repairs as required
Adhere strictly to safety protocols and uphold cleanliness and organisation within the work areaShifts:

£13.50 - £14.25 per hour
