Salary: £16.00 – £19.00 per hour, depending on experience

The Role
Our client is looking for an experienced Fabricator / Welder / Pipe Fitter to join their established team.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in fabrication and pipe fitting, with strong TIG and/or MIG welding skills and the ability to work confidently from engineering drawings.

Working Hours
·Monday to Thursday: 7:30am – 4:30pm
·Friday: 7:30am – 2:30pm
·Flexibility is required for occasional extended hours and overnight stays.
·Overnight allowance: £25 per night
·On-call rota: Approximately once every 8 weeks, with an additional £100 payment

Key Responsibilities
·Fabricate and install a variety of pipework systems.
·Carry out high-quality TIG and/or MIG welding.
·Complete off-site installation and fitting work using a company vehicle.
·Read and interpret engineering drawings and fabrication specifications.
·Ensure all work is completed to the required quality and health & safety standards.
·Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
·Meet project deadlines while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
·Be flexible regarding additional hours and occasional overnight travel.

Requirements
·Proven experience as a Fabricator, Pipe Fitter or Welder.
·Essential experience in TIG and/or MIG welding.
·Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
·Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
·Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
·Flexible approach to working hours and overnight travel.
·Full UK driving licence – essential for operating the company vehicle.
