Description:
Hales Group are currently seeking a Welder for our client based in Beccles. This is a permanent role on successful completion of the initial temporary period.
Main Duties Include:
MIG and TIG welding
Aluminum & steel fabrications
Workshop machinery operations
Ability to recognize & work off of drawings/draught designs
Forklift operations & driving as well as manual handling
Pipe bending & pipe bending machine operations
Metal cutting, welding, punching, riveting, drilling, bending
Communication skills – with Directors, partners and supplier
In order to be considered for this role;
You MUST be competent with both MIG and TIG Welding
Have your own transport to travel to and from work
Be suitably qualified for this role, along with industry experience
Have good attention to detail and problem solving ability
Work well within the team
Knowledge of health & safety requirements and measures within a manufacturing setting is essential, albeit training and details of policies will be provided
LOCATIONS: Beccles
HOURS: Monday to Friday
SHIFTS: Standard working hours are: 0730 – 1600 this includes: 2 x 15 minute breaks that are paid, and 1 x 30 minute break that is unpaid.
PAY: Up to £15.00 per hour DOE
DURATION: Temporary to Permanent
