We are actively looking for a dedicated and skilled Welder to join our client in Calne who specialises in sheet metal fabricating and CNC machining.
Our client are looking for a Welder to join them on a long-term basis, with the view to a permanent contract. Key Duties:
* Performing welding tasks (both TIG and MIG) with confidence and precision.
* Operate workshop machinery, including press brakes, guillotines, rolls, and bandsaws.
* Ensure all work is completed on time, to the required standard, and in line with client specifications.
Job Requirements:
* Experience with sheet metal work.
* Strong understanding of the day-to-day operations of an engineering/ fabrication workshop.
* Proficient in TIG and MIG welding stainless steel and other metals.
* Knowledge of current Health & Safety regulations and practices.
* Demonstrated professionalism, attention to detail, teamwork, punctuality, and willingness to work overtime as needed.
Pay:
* Pay between £15.00 - £18.00 per hour, dependent on experience
Shifts:
* Monday to Thursday - 07:00 to 17:30
