Description:
Are you a welder looking for a new opportunity on the Suffolk / Norfolk border? Are you looking for guaranteed overtime, all at increased rates of pay? If so, you may be perfect for the following position we have as a Welder.
The company are based in the countryside, so your own form of transport is essential. Ideally you will be within commutable distance from Bury St Edmund's, Thetford, or Diss.
The company are paying an initial starting salary up to £16ph, with the opportunity to increase your salary long term.
We are open to welders from all levels of experience & are offering a negotiable salary in reflection of this. Loads of overtime available, all at increased rates of pay!
We are also offering the option of training & development for junior welders.
Due to the size of the products, you will be working in a large welding bay with another welder most of the time. PPE & equipment is provided.
Duties include: -
MIG welding mild & stainless steel
Working up to 10mm thicknesses
Fabricating parts independently
Reading & working from engineering drawings
08:00-16:30 Monday-Thursday with an early finish on Fridays!
