Weekend Injection Mould Setter
Tredegar | Friday - Sunday | 3-Day Working Week | Permanent
Rhino Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of our manufacturing client in Tredegar for an experienced Weekend Injection Mould Setter to join their growing production team.

The Role
Working a permanent weekend shift, you will play a key role in supporting production by setting and optimising injection moulding machinery to ensure quality, efficiency, and minimal downtime.
Responsibilities
* Carry out tool changes on injection moulding machines.
* Set up and prepare machinery for production runs.
* Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues.
* Ensure production meets quality and customer standards.
* Support continuous improvement within the manufacturing process.
* Work closely with production and engineering teams to maximise efficiency.
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience as an Injection Mould Setter or similar manufacturing role.
* Knowledge of injection moulding processes and tooling.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* A positive attitude with a commitment to quality and safety.
Working Hours
Weekend Shift
* Friday - Sunday
* 12-hour shifts – 7am-7pm
