Pertemps Swindon are currently recruiting for an Weekend Inbound Call Handler for our Nationally recognised client in Swindon, SN3.
9am – 5pm Saturday and 11am – 5pm Sunday
£12.71 per hour
Ongoing Temporary position, with potential to become long term
About the Weekend Inbound Call Handler Job
Be the first point of contact for incoming telephone enquiries
Provide excellent customer service while understanding the reason for the call and passing to the appropriate team
Taking clear messages and passing to relevant colleagues
As an Weekend Inbound Call Handler, you will need the following skills and/or experience:
Previous customer service experience within a call centre environment
Excellent communication, customer service skills and telephone manner
Ability to work independently during busy periods
