Weekend Front of House/Receptionist
We are looking for a smart, professional and welcoming Front of House Receptionist to support a premium car dealership at weekends.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting people, takes pride in creating a first-class impression and understands the importance of great customer service. Customers visiting the dealership are often looking to make a significant purchase, so a warm, confident and polished approach is essential.
Hours and Pay
Saturday: 09:00 to 17:00
Sunday: 10:00 to 16:00
Pay rate: £12.71 per hour
Weekend-only role
Key Responsibilities
Welcoming customers into the dealership in a friendly and professional manner
Creating a positive first impression for every visitor
Directing customers to the appropriate member of the sales or service team
Answering incoming calls and handling enquiries politely and efficiently
Keeping the reception and customer waiting areas tidy and presentable
Offering refreshments to customers and keeping that area tidy
Supporting the wider dealership team with general front-of-house duties

Smart, presentable and confident in a customer-facing environment
Warm, welcoming and able to put customers at ease
Reliable, punctual and professional
Comfortable speaking with customers both face to face and over the phone
A positive attitude and willingness to help
Ideal for university students or anyone looking for regular weekend work
