Location: Bolton Head Office / Hybrid Working

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £45,000 - £51,000 dependent on experience

About the Role

As our Website & Content Manager, you’ll take ownership of National Fostering Group’s websites, ensuring they deliver an engaging, accessible and high-performing experience for prospective foster carers.

You’ll manage website content, develop landing pages and digital campaigns and continually improve user journeys to increase enquiries and conversion. Working closely with the wider marketing team and external partners, you’ll use analytics, SEO and applicant insight to identify opportunities, test improvements and measure performance.

You’ll also play an important role in developing our in-house digital capability, reducing reliance on external agencies and helping our websites evolve alongside our recruitment ambitions.

Who we are looking for

We’re looking for an experienced digital professional with strong website management and content experience. You’ll have a good understanding of SEO, analytics, user experience and conversion optimisation, with experience using data to improve digital performance.

You’ll be a confident communicator and stakeholder manager, comfortable working across teams and with external suppliers. You’ll be organised, commercially aware and proactive, with a genuine passion for creating great digital experiences and improving how our websites perform.
