Job Title: Water Treatment Operations Manager
Location: London, Greater London.
Salary / Benefits £35k - £55k + Benefits

Our client is a privately owned Water Treatment / Water Hygiene company who have a leading presence in the South East of England. They are now seeking to take on a Water Treatment Operations Manager. You will be overseeing a team of engineers, alongside attending Local Authority, Commercial, Industrial, and Leisure sites, ensuring that work is going to be completed in line with agreed timeframes. You will also be responsible for providing new / existing employees with training, and acting as first point of contact for clients, ensuring that any issues are dealt with in a timely manner. Experience & Qualifications:
" Will have strong technical, chemical and management skills.
" Experience working hands on within the Water Treatment / Water Hygiene industry, ideally within an operations manager position.
" Extensive knowledge of HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
" Understanding of financial management and reporting.
" Able to organise workload efficient in line with company / clinet needs.
" Communicating with clients and colleagues efficiently.
The Role:
" Planning and managing the companies Water Treatment / Water Hygiene / Legionella work schedule.
" Efficiently streamlining company processes.
" Carrying out training with new employees alongside providing appraisals with existing employees and arranging for training.
" Overseeing a team of engineer.
" Attending site, ensuring work carried out complies with HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
" Attending meetings with clients, representing the company in a professional manner.
" Responsible for being first point of contact for clients, providing support and advice where required.
" Working closely with account managers, producing accurate quotes and tenders for clients.
" Ensuring work is running in line with agreed timeframes.
" Continuing to build and maintain excellent rapport with clients.
