Water Hygiene Engineer – Berkshire
£27000-£30000 + Van + Training + Benefits
Providing legionella compliance, risk management, remedial works across the UK, our client is an established health and safety consultancy and is currently looking for a Water Hygiene Engineer to work on Health Care site in the Berkshire area.
For the position the Water Hygiene Engineer will ideally have the following background
* 12 months experience working as a Water Hygiene Engineer
* Proven experience in monitoring, sampling, tank inspections & cleans
* Previous knowledge working on health care sites beneficial
* DBS checked
* Full driving license
Key duties for the Water Hygiene Engineer will include
* Maintaining site logbooks ensuring all work is in line with ACoP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines
* Working effectively in a team of 3, ensuring site compliance and further work is identified and communicated to head office
* Carrying out inspections and routine water hygiene monitoring, temperature checks and water sampling.
Early site access will allow the Water Hygiene Engineer to avoid traffic issues and will receive extensive training to allow them to maximise their potential.
